As you make your way down the drive, marvel at the grandeur of the beautifully decorated trees and savour the smell of chestnuts roasting on open fires. Enter the sophisticated lobby, where attentive bellhops greet you warmly with all the charm and elegance you’d expect from New York’s finest hotels. Dust the snow from your coat and step into the fun and revelry of New York in the roaring twenties. Sip on ice-cold cocktails as platters of canapés are circulated offering a taste of what’s to come. The magic of Central Park and the glitz of the Big City awaits.
Next comes the big reveal and dinner is served. The stunning dining room shimmers and shines with chandeliers, and all the opulence of New York’s greatest ballrooms. As you and your guests dine on the finest food and wines, a central circular stage is the focus of the room, featuring jaw-dropping acts that will bring you to your feet shouting for more. Breath-taking numbers straight from Broadway’s greatest stage productions are then performed right before you. As dinner and the entertainment draws to a close, the dance floor opens and the DJ invites you to start the party!

Your guests will arrive at Willows Farm and be greeted with a glass of sparkling wine during their drinks reception.
Food is served
The stunning main dining area is revealed and a lavish three-course dinner or a delicious bowl food menu is served.
The dance floor hots up and the DJ starts their set.
Time for your magical evening to draw to a close.
Your guests can either depart their unforgettable Christmas party by car, coach or taxi.

We believe in making sure your guests should have the best night possible. We've put together a few ideas to make them feel extra special, but the sky is the limit, so please speak to your dedicated Account Manager about what's possible.

BANDS AT WILLOWS FARM
We welcome live bands at Willows Farm, but there are some restrictions being in a residential area.
- All bands must perform under our bespoke designed sound curtain installation. A stage must be laid over our existing dance floor at an additional cost.
- All bands must use an in ear monitoring system.
- Where a band requires a drum kit, they must use
an electronic drum kit, which the band must provide.
- Bands may be subject to timing and decibel restrictions.
- All bands are subject to approval from Smart Group.
4 routines of 3-4 mins per routine throughout the reception.
4 routines of 5-6 min punctuating each course culminating to the finale performance to get everybody on the dance floor!
Costs vary depending on the specific band and their technical rider. For an average 6 piece band, to install a stage and provide the additional sound equipment including in ear monitoring and technicians, costs start at £2300.
