Celebrating 50 years, Moulin Rouge Style!

Friends and family entered a world of splendour and romance, glitz and glamour, to celebrate a surprise 50th Birthday.

Masquerade turns Moulin Rouge.

The Masquerade Club was thrown back to the 20th-century, Moulin Rouge style.

The Masquerade Club isn’t all about masking up. Guests were dressed to impress in feathered and stunning beaded gowns and show-stopping suits, as they made their way into the grand entrance of the 20th century.  


Enter the dazzling world of Moulin Rouge, and discover the entertainment.

Out with ‘Masquerade’ theming and in with eye-popping production and entertainment, to recreate ‘Moulin Rouge’. The client hired entertainment which made the event truly extraordinary. Singers, dancers, a flash mob, aerial silk artisans, and even a ringmaster acting as Harold Zidler made a show-stopping appearance.

Moulin Rouge props and decor was also hired to reinforce the romance of fin de siecle France. The famous red windmill, the ‘forgotten elephant’, Moulin Rouge signage, feathered statues, and glamorous gold tassel archways, were all included in the additional styling hired in by the client.

Innovative, creative and delicious, in one bite.

As Baz Luhrmann’s revolutionary film came to life, in-house caterer, Moving Venue, roamed the room with a mouthwatering canape and bowl food items which delighted the crowd.  

Guests were elated to also indulge in late-night bites on the dance floor later on in the evening.
