Our guests love getting dressed up and it really adds to that extra special feeling to the night, so get those glad rags out and smarten up! Fancy dress is permitted if tasteful and in keeping with the theme. Absolutely no jeans, trainers or sportswear will be allowed but black tie is more than welcome.

You can provisionally book tickets for 10 days during which a deposit of £25 pp + VAT is required to confirm the booking. If we haven’t received the deposit within 10 working days, your tickets will be released. The remaining balance needs to be paid no later than 8 weeks prior to the event.

There is no minimum number of tickets required to purchase.

You can add people onto your booking up to two days before your Christmas party, provided that we have space available on the evening. You can do so by logging in to your Smart Account or giving us a call on 020 7836 1033.

Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellations can only be made by the party organiser and must be made in writing to the Head Office. Any refunds due are based on the date of cancellation. We regret no refunds are due if you cancel less than 14 days before your event date. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for more information on our cancellation policy.

All of our correspondence is via email so you receive everything from us in the most efficient way possible.

Guests aged 16 and 17 are welcome provided they are accompanied by an adult, who is responsible for them. We operate a strict policy regarding underage drinking, which is not permitted under any circumstance.

No, canapés are served during the reception.

Sadly not. While we aim to cater for different dietary requirements, we’re afraid due to the number of guests we host each night, we cannot offer more options than those shown on the menu page.

No problem! We aim to cater for all allergies so simply let us know the specifics a minimum of 4 weeks prior to your party date and we’ll get in touch to discuss.

Yes. The drinks options we have listed on the website provide a hassle-free option for ordering drinks and we highly recommend pre-orders are made prior to the event in order to ensure your evening runs smoothly. Drink vouchers can be exchanged for a house wine, beer, cider a single spirit and mixer or two soft drinks.  Some packages are unavailable to purchase on the night and all pre-orders must be made four weeks prior to the event. We do have a bar on the evening that accepts cash, credit and debit card, plus it is possible to set up a tab on the night.

Our tables seat 8-12 people per table. Larger groups are accommodated over more than one table. We have a limited number of tables to seat groups of 14 which are allocated on request. If your booking is for fewer than 8 guests, you may be required to share a table with other guests attending.

Your tickets will be sent out around 2 weeks before your event, assuming we have received your final balance payment.

There is a car park a short walk from the venue. You are not able to pre-book a parking space as this is a public car park.

Please be aware that some of our parties do use strobe lighting and special effects that could potentially be harmful to those with photosensitive epilepsy. Please get in touch if you require more information.

Please be aware that under no circumstances will any gifts, alcohol or bags be allowed within the main event space. THIS INCLUDES SECRET SANTA.
