Join us for the 2024 festive season at Evolution London, Battersea Park, as we bring you ‘Off Piste’, an immersive event experience that will transport you and your guests straight to the slopes. We’ve invested heavily into incredible winter wonderland theming, featuring twenty-foot Christmas trees, après-ski-themed bars and blizzards of snow cascading down from neon gondolas. An incredible bespoke catering offering is included, with a sparkling wine reception, followed by unlimited drinks all evening or ½ bottle of wine per person, alongside a choice of either bowl food or a three-course seated dinner.
Also included is a high-end production specification, including a stage, screens, intelligent sound and lighting and a dance floor if required, providing you with a turnkey solution for your event. With pre-installed theming and production already in place, this allows you valuable time to rehearse and prepare for your event. We also offer the ability to upgrade your event to include fully designed and choreographed entertainment to perfectly complement the theme. Evolution London offers a flexible venue where anything is possible, all within an exclusive location in Battersea Park.

Food & Wine
Our in-house caterer Moving Venue is driven by creating memorable and delicious experiences for you and your guests. With a real focus on provenance, using local suppliers wherever possible and always ensuring that everything is freshly made on-site; Moving Venue will deliver a sensational three-course dinner or delectable bowl food on the night of your event.

ENTERTAINMENT FROM £2,300
BANDS AT EVOLUTION LONDON
We welcome live bands at Evolution London.
- All bands must perform under our bespoke designed sound curtain installation. A stage must be laid over our existing dance floor at an additional cost.
- All bands must use an in ear monitoring system.
- Where a band requires a drum kit, they must use an electronic drum kit, which the band must provide.
- Bands may be subject to timing and decibel restrictions.
- All bands are subject to approval from Smart Group.
THEMED ENTERTAINMENT
Fully designed and choreographed entertainment available to perfectly compliment the theme.
- Time and investment already made, reducing the complexity on the night.
- Cast of approximately 10 to 14 performers depending on show, including live singers, dancers and acrobats.
Pre-Dinner Entertainment:
4 routines of 3-4 mins per routine throughout the reception.
Dinner Entertainment:
4 routines of 5-6 min punctuating each course culminating to the finale performance to get everybody on the dance floor!
COSTS:
Costs vary depending on the specific band and their technical rider. For an average 6 piece band, to install a stage and provide the additional sound equipment including in ear monitoring and technicians, costs start at £2300.
