The Three Reasons You Should’ve Already Booked Your Christmas Party
Haven't booked your Christmas party yet? Here are three reasons why you should change that!
We know that there are people everywhere covering their ears, refusing to hear the ‘C-word’ just yet, but unfortunately Christmas is coming and it will be with us before you know it, so we have to be prepared. For businesses treating their employees to a spectacular evening of celebrations at a Christmas party, you really should’ve already booked your festive shindig. But if you haven’t, you need to start thinking about getting something secured.
Shared Christmas parties are an ideal solution for businesses of all sizes, and Smart Parties will be hosting parties at five different venues throughout the month of December at a handful of London’s most incredible venues. But be careful, spaces are selling out fast!
Not convinced you need to worry about booking your tickets just yet? Well, here are three reasons why you really do:
You Don’t Want To Miss Out On Your Chosen Date
Although each shared Christmas party we host here at Smart Parties will take place on multiple dates throughout December, tickets to the most popular nights sell out fast.
For obvious reasons, Fridays and Saturdays are always the favourites for all businesses looking to attend, so if you’re also wanting to grab your place at one of our parties for you and your team on a weekend night, you need to book now!
Some of our venues will be hosting parties on multiple Friday and Saturday dates, whereas others have more finite availability left, so if you want to secure the party of your choice on your ideal date, ensure you book your tables now.
Make Sure You Get The Quantity Of Tickets You Need
Your chosen date may have availability, but if you’re looking to book a large party then there may not be the number of tickets left that you need if you leave it too late.
Although for very large businesses we recommend hosting your very own exclusive party at one of our locations, many sizeable businesses choose to attend a shared party due to the large capacity at some of the venues. However, if you leave booking your place too late, watch out because there may not be the number of tickets you need for your whole party on the date you want at your chosen venue.
Have Time To Organise Transport And Accommodation
People travel across the UK to attend our Christmas parties in London and St Albans, and often come to the venues during the busiest times in the country’s social calendar. This means that organising accommodation and transport nearby at the last minute is near impossible.
If you know your guests will likely need to use transport or book a nearby hotel for the night of the party, you will need to give them as much notice as possible to arrange this because local transport firms and accommodation are likely to get fully booked quickly with so many guests attending parties nearby.
We recommend having everything for your Christmas party, including the tickets to the party and any additional transport or accommodation, sorted by the end of September if possible for peace of mind and to secure the best prices with local businesses.
