All of our parties are fully managed, offer exclusive access, and include welcome drinks. Our exclusive parties are all about offering a VIP experience for your guests, whether that’s a red carpet, the best bubbly, or top entertainment, nothing is too much to ask. - Opportunity to explore the Thames from our central London location at Butler's Wharf.
- Exclusive venue hire from 18:30 – 01:00.
- Sparkling drinks reception on arrival.
- Unlimited house wine, house beer and soft drinks all evening or ½ bottle of house wine and water per person.
- Bowl food menu including 6 bowls per person OR three course seated dinner by Moving Venue.
- You and your guests have the opportunity to embark and disembark from multiple piers along the Thames.
- Exclusive pre-event menu tasting.
- Sailing for up to four hours, including all nautical staff.
- Event security.
- Large specification of AV – including stage, dance floor, and intelligent sound and lighting package.

Food & Wine
Our in-house caterer Moving Venue is driven by creating memorable and delicious experiences for you and your guests. With a real focus on provenance, using local suppliers wherever possible and always ensuring that everything is freshly made on-site; Moving Venue will deliver a sensational three-course dinner or delectable bowl food on the night of your event.
